Distinguished Professor Vivian W. Y. Tam is the Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and a world-leading researcher in the field of construction engineering and management. Her findings have found applications and impact for tackling climate-change issues for green buildings and recycled concrete. She is currently the Director of Centre for Infrastructure Engineering, Associate Dean (Research and HDR), Associate Dean (International) and Discipline Leader (Construction Management) at School of Engineering, Design and Built Environment, Western Sydney University, Australia. She was nominated to the College of Expert, Australian Research Council, Australian Government in 2018-2021. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Construction Management and Senior Editor of Construction and Building Materials. She has published over 330 referred journal articles. She has been awarded fifty-three research grants (totalled over $5 million). Her work has been recognised by peers nationally and internationally, which has been exemplified by seven Australian Research Council projects and over 28,000 citations with a h-index of 88. Vivian is also named as 100,000 Top-Scientists (Top 2% Scientists) in the World for since 2017. Vivian is also nominated as a Runner Up, Scopus Researcher of the Year Award 2019, Excellence in Research Impacting a Sustainable Future, Scopus, and her team has won the Gold Award, 2021 Urban Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Guangzhou International Sister-City Universities (GISU), from this project development.

Professor Duc also is the Vice-President of Vietnamese Association in Mechanics and a member of the Professor Election Council in Mechanics of Vietnam, the Head of Laboratory of Advanced Materials and Structures, the Dean of the Faculty of in Civil Engineering - VNU Hanoi, University of Engineering and Technology (UET). He also is the President of the network club about ensures the quality of higher education of Vietnam; Program Director of Civil Engineering Program of Vietnam-Japan University (VJU); Program Director of Automation and informatics Program of International School (IS), Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Professor Duc has over 350 publications in which over 200 papers have appeared in numerous ISI (SCI, SCIE) journals. He is the member of Editorial Board of 10 ISI International journals. Professor Duc has been awarded the Third Prize of “Talented Vietnamese National Award ”, 2008. He has been selected as one of the most outstanding people in Vietnam education system in 2015, President of Vietnam awarded 3-rd class Labour Medal in 2016, 2-nd class Labour Medal in 2022. Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc was announced by the US journal PLoS Biology to be in the list of the top 10,000 greatest influential scientists in the world in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and ranking 85 in the field of Engineering in the world in 2023.

Dr QUEK SER TONG is currently Professor in Structural Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He was Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University from 2019-2022, and Keppel Chair Professor from 2018-2020. He served as Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2015-2020, Vice Dean (Graduate Studies) of the Faculty of Engineering from 2010-2015, and Director of the Global Engineering Program from 2009-2012. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2018 by the Singapore government. Prof. Quek graduated from Monash University with BEng(1st class) in 1979 and joined the National University of Singapore in 1982. He obtained his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 1986. He has published more than 200 journal papers covering topics such as structural health monitoring, systems identification and control, smart materials, reliability analysis, stochastic simulation and protective structures. He was awarded Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Fellowship (1988), IES KYD Gin prize for prestigious publication (1990), and Defence Technology Prize for Research (2006).

I have graduated as a surveyor at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (Bulgaria) and obtained my PhD degree on 3D GIS for Urban Development at the Graz University of Technology (Austria). I worked as a software programmer at the Central Cadastre (Bulgaria) and have been at academic positions at UACG (Bulgaria), the Institute for Geo-information Science and Earth Observation (ITC, the Netherlands), Graz University of Technology (Austria), Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands) and Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies (Russia). I have joined the University of New South Wales in January, 2018. I supervise master and PhD students on topics related to 3D spatial modelling and analysis. My recent research concentrates on 3D Indoor modelling and navigation. I am an author and co-author of more than 300 papers and I have edited and co-edited 23 books. I am the president of ISPRS TC IV on Spatial Information science, the treasurer of UDMS and a co-chair of OGC SWG IndoorGML. Jinsong Wu received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, in 2006. He received 2020 IEEE Green Communications and Computing Technical Committee (TCGCC) Distinguished Technical Achievement Recognition Award, for his outstanding technical leadership and achievement in green wireless communications and networking. He was the leading editor and a coauthor of the comprehensive book, entitled Green Communications: Theoretical Fundamentals, Algorithms, and Applications (CRC Press, September 2012). He received the 2017, 2019, and 2021 IEEE System Journal Best Paper Awards. His coauthored paper won the 2018 IEEE Green Communications Best Magazine Paper Award. He was elected Vice-Chair Technical Activities (2017-2022), IEEE Environmental Engineering Initiative, a pan-IEEE effort under IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB). He was the Founder and Founding Chair of IEEE Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing (TCGCC) from 2011 to 2017. He is current Chair (2022-present) and was a Co-Founder and the Founding Vice-Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Big Data (TCBD) (2014-2022)

Dongping is a leading researcher in construction safety and urban resilience. He has developed an LCB approach for enhancing safety leadership, safety culture and behavioral safety in construction, and the approach has been implemented in many megaprojects and leading enterprises in China and overseas. Meanwhile, Dongping has also developed a trio-space system-of-systems framework and led a research team working on urban resilience focusing on safeguarding the construction and operation of urban infrastructure systems in megacities. Dongping is a board member of CIB and has been the leader of the CIB priority theme Resilient Urbanization since 2013.

Dr Masa Noguchi is a Chartered Engineer, Environmentalist, and Technological Product Designer registered respectively with the Engineering Council, Society for the Environment, and the Institution of Engineering Designers in the UK. In 2002, he also became a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and today, he serves as a Certified Passive House Designer registered with the Passive House Institute in Germany. Dr Noguchi is the founding coordinator of ZEMCH Network (www.zemch.org) which consists of over 800 partners from over 40 countries and developed a series of industry-academia knowledge transfer events. ZEMCH international conferences (from 2012), ZEMCH sustainable design workshops (from 2014) and ZEMCH technical missions (from 2006) are amongst the projects being organised by ZEMCH Network today in partnership with the regional experts centres based currently in Australia, Brazil, Italy, Korea, UAE and UK. At the Melbourne School of Design, he spearheads ZEMCH (Zero Energy Mass Custom Home) related courses. Before coming to Melbourne, he was a Reader at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, The Glasgow School of Art, where he established a ZEMCH pathway within the Master of Architectural Studies program. Dr Noguchi leads ZEMCH engineering design research for the delivery of socially, economically, environmentally and humanly sustainable built environments in global contexts. Inventing a "mass custom design" system approach to quality affordable housing, he developed a digitalised interactive mass custom design communication tool, which was demonstrated in the US Department of Energy Solar Decathlon's Canadian house 2005. In 2006, he designed Canada's first (near) net zero energy modular home "EcoTerra house" - built and commercialised through the federal government's EQuilibrium sustainable housing initiative/competition in 2007. Moreover, Dr Noguchi turned his "mass custom design" system into reality through the Donside Urban Village development in Aberdeen, Scotland, and he also contributed to a low-cost prefabricated mass housing projects in Brazil. Serving as the editorial board member of numerous journals, Dr Noguchi is frequently invited to deliver keynote lectures on ZEMCH R&D projects at national and international conferences stressing the need for EXD methodological research and practice in built environments for the energy efficiency and affordability as well as the occupants' physical and mental health and wellbeing

Dr. Wenjian Pan is an Associate Professor in Sustainable Architecture & Ecological Urbanism at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. He is also a member of The Architectural Society of China (ASC) and the International Association for China Planning (IACP). Prior to joining HUST, he worked in architectural design institutes in Shanghai and Urban Ecologies Design Lab (UEDL) at HKU for practice and research, where he took the roles of designer, doctoral researcher, project manager & coordinator, and curatorial assistant. Pan views urban and humanistic phenomena through a systematic and interdisciplinary lens and employs mixed methods for investigations. His research explores the deep operational mechanisms of diverse human settlements and their impacts on city transformation. These studies inspire him to develop the inclusive “Shared Urban Ecologies” urban design framework. He has been recognized as “Viser Expert” (VE) in architectural studies by Viser Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and been invited as scientific committee of The 8th International Conference on Carbon Accounting (ICARB2023) as well as peer review committee of The 28th UIA World Congress of Architects (UIA2023). He is also an editor of the International Journal of Architectural Engineering Technology (IJAET), a guest editor of the Journal of Chinese Architecture and Urbanism (JCAU), and an editorial board member of Social Sciences & Humanities Open (SSHO). Currently, his research outcomes have been presented in Europe, Australia, and Asia, and published in reputable journals and books in urban and interdisciplinary studies, such as Building and Environment, Landscape and Urban Planning, Land Use Policy, Urban Ecology, and among others

Prof. Siu-Lai Chan is Director of Nida Technology Limited, Science Park and formerly Chair Professor in Computational Structural Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China. His primary areas of study are Optoelectronics, Nanotechnology, Condensed matter physics and Chemical engineering. Dr. Tamim Younos is Founder & President of the Green Water-Infrastructure Academy, a nonprofit organization. The mission of GWIA is “Enhance human health and quality of life in global urban environments by promoting green water-infrastructure research, education and outreach programs.” Dr. Tamim Younos earned doctoral degree in urban and environmental engineering from the University of Tokyo. His research and educational interests include water sustainability in urban environments; water and energy nexus; climate change and water resources; watershed assessment and monitoring; holistic approach to sustainable management of water resources; green decentralized water- infrastructure; and sustainable living. Dr. Younos is aformer ResearchProfessorofWaterResourcesand InterimDirector of Virginia Water Resources Research Center at Virginia Tech. Dr. Younos currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Water Resources at the University of the District of Columbia. Dr. Le Vinh An Director of the Vietnam – Japan Institute of Engineering and Technology at Duy Tan University in Da Nang City, Vietnam, Dr. An's career spans various prestigious roles and institutions. He has been deeply involved in academia as a university lecturer and as the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Art at Duy Tan University. He is a distinguished in the field of architecture, renowned for his expertise in heritage conservation, restoration, and reconstruction. Born on February 11, 1972, he holds a Ph.D. in Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Dr. An is fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese. His extensive research focuses on various aspects of architectural heritage, including historic urban cities, planning and design principles of imperial palaces and mausoleums, traditional Vietnamese architecture, and the application of Feng Shui concepts. Throughout his career, Dr. An has been actively engaged in architectural heritage conservation projects, both nationally and internationally. Notable contributions include his involvement in the restoration and reconstruction of several prominent structures within the Hue Imperial City, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. His expertise has also been recognized through numerous publications and academic presentations, highlighting his significant impact on the field. With a rich blend of academic excellence, practical experience, and a dedication to preserving cultural heritage, Dr. Le Vinh An continues to be a leading in the field of architecture and heritage conservation, contributing significantly to the preservation and understanding of Vietnam's architectural legacy.

Vatanavongs Ratanavaraha earned his Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1999. His research interests include transportation safety, road safety, transportation planning, public transportation, injury severity analysis, accident cost analysis, and hazardous location identification. He has authored numerous papers in reputed international journals, including Analytic Methods in Accident Research and Accident Analysis & Prevention.
