Guidelines

Types of Presentation

• Plenary Presentation (40 minutes including Q&A)

• Keynote Presentation (30 minutes including Q&A)

• Poster Presentation (in person at the Congress)

• Invited Presentation (25 minutes including Q&A)

• Oral Presentation (20 minutes including Q&A)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts submitted to the conference should be written in English only.

• Authors can submit their abstracts in Doc, Docx and Pdf format.

• Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable.

• Each abstract should be strictly within 1 page in length, contains about 250 words.

• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

• Along with abstract, recent head-shot photograph of good resolution and short biography (up to 100 words) must be included.

• Oral or Poster presentation should be nominated while submitting the abstract.

• The abstract submission can be made via conference website or by emailing the abstract to official conference email address.

• Notification of acceptance or rejection of the Scientific Committee will be given after a week of submission.

• All accepted abstracts will be prepare as a Abstract Book and it will be uploaded on the conference website.

Basic Presentation Requirements

• Basic AV set including laser pointer, mic and sound system.

• Speakers should prepare the presentation in PPTX format and it is recommended to check the presentation with both MAC and Microsoft.

• Uploading of the presentation at least 5 days prior to the conference dates is required on USB flash drives.

• Slides should be concise, including main keywords and content, should be clear and also avoid long content.

• In video, avoid using large-sized videos for presentation. Compressed videos are preferred.

• Video format should be MP4 only; Please ensure that both audio and video are checked properly so that it is displayed clearly.

Speakers Guidelines

• For presentation, the number of slides in the presentation should be kept to a minimum and the allotted timeslots should be followed.

• Need to follow instructions by the chair and stop when instructed to do so.

• Personal laptops should not be used except in any unavoidable circumstances.

• Recorded Videos are not allowed.

• Question sessions, thanks and acknowledgment of speakers will take place during or after the session, so attendees are requested to stay till the end of the session.
