FACEP, is board-certified in Emergency Medicine with Fellowships in prehospital care,
resuscitation, and specialized certifications in general surgery, maritime medicine,
administration/leadership, occupational medicine, and nutritional and ketogenic coaching.
She is an attending physician at AdventHealth in Orlando and CEO of ToughLoveMD, a private
practice specializing in optimizing physical and mental health through evidence-based medical
practices.
Dr. Gutman is committed to positively impacting patients’ lives using science-based strategies with
real-life applications. She has spoken to thousands of conference attendees across North America
and internationally and is dedicated to utilizing transformational medical science to empower
personal and professional resiliency. Her passion lies in reducing the prevalence of debilitating

Amita is co-founder of NourishDoc, a global holistic wellness platform for women to manage their hormone transition from PMS to Postmenopause. Inspired by her perimenopausal journey and working in the high tech world, she felt unsupported and a need to bring the taboo topic of perimenopause at the workplace for an open discussion.
Amita has over 20+ experience working in the high tech industry prior to NourishDoc.
She worked as lead product manager for companies like Western Union, HP, Realtor, Houzz and Walmart.
She has combined her passion for holistic wellness with digital technology to bring awareness as well as make wellness education affordable.
She is on a mission to bring affordable holistic wellness to every woman in the world who is going through a journey of PMS, Peri and Post menopause..
NourishDoc has designed evidence based and culture sensitive holistic wellness programs for women’s self and expert guided care. With menopause as a taboo globally, and over 1 billion women reaching menopause, wellness for women at this stage should be at the forefront.
I'm Saed Al Nobani, Experienced Director of Nursing, Quality Manger with wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, Extensive Experience in Magnet, JCIA , Training, and Nursing Leadership Roles , Currently, working as Director of Nursing, Head of Quality , at Elyzee Hospital. My journey to this position has been marked by a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
Before taking on my current role, I served as a Senior Clinical and Patient Education Specialist and Healthcare Quality Consultant at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where I had the opportunity to contribute significantly to healthcare quality and patient care improvement initiatives. Prior to this, I held the position of Nursing Education Manager and Head of Education at Enaya Hospital in Saudi Arabia, where I played a pivotal role in advancing nursing education and training programs.
With over 18 years of experience in leadership and training, I bring a depth of knowledge and expertise to the table that spans various facets of healthcare. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Healthcare Management, which has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in my leadership roles.
In addition to my leadership roles, I have hands-on experience in critical care as an ICU Manager at Saad Specialist Hospital. I am certified as a BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor by the American Heart Association, underscoring my commitment to patient safety and care. Notably, I take great pride in being the first nurse in the entire UAE to achieve ONCC Certification for Nursing Oncology, highlighting my dedication to advancing nursing practices in specialized areas.
During my time at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I actively participated in coordinating Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) for three editions, gaining invaluable insights into international healthcare standards and regulations. Furthermore, I had the privilege of supporting my team during a successful Magnet Journey, emphasizing my dedication to excellence in nursing practice.
Mandy is practicing as a Mental Health Clinician with her LCSW with a focus on wellbeing
and women diagnosed with ADHD. Mandy has presented prior research on ADHD in women and self-care at several
conferences with a recent publication in the Social Work in Mental Health Journal. She practices
her own self-care through movement, work boundaries, messy art projects, and exploring the
outdoors with her favorite pooch.
